Haven’t got Broadband yet?
Use our Broadband service and stop paying ‘dial-up’ call charges to send and receive emails and surf the net.
We’ll arrange to convert one of your existing telephone lines (i.e. not a line connected to your telephone system) to Broadband, and we will supply you with a modem (single pc), or a router (network of pc’s) to get you connected.
Already have Broadband from another provider?
If you would like to move your existing Broadband connection to us we can arrange to migrate you to our service.
All we require is the telephone number your Broadband is connected to and your MAC code (you will need to contact your existing service provider for this).
Once your Broadband has been transferred to us all you need do is change your user name and password (which we will supply to you).
There is no connection fee for changing to our service, but please ensure you are no longer in contract with your present supplier as you may be liable for early termination charges.
Broadband fair usage
Please note that Class ADSL services are subject to a Broadband fair usage policy.
Unlimited broadband services have much higher download limitations than limited broadband, but sometimes this can be exceeded.
As a guide, Class ADSL data downloads should not exceed 50 gigabytes per month (Class ADSL PAYG 8MB Limited is 2 gigabytes data download per month).
Where users exceed given data transfer levels for Class ADSL services, customers will be contacted and advised of the course of action they need to take and any penalties that will be imposed.
Cease and re-provide charges
Please note that broadband cease and re-provide charges will be applicable to new Class broadband contracts and contract renewals, commencing 1 January 2008.
A cease charge of £10 per DSL line disconnection (excluding VAT) will be applied at final bill when service is discontinued.
The fee covers engineering work required to disconnect a line when a DSL service is ceased.
A re-provide charge of £50 will be applied when customers move office premises and require broadband at a new location.
Cease charges do not currently apply when a customer migrates their broadband service from another supplier to Class.
