Choosing the right Broadband package
Class Solo
Class Solo packages are designed for 1 to 2 users with bandwidth speeds from 512Kbps to 8Mb, and a guaranteed contention ratio of 5:1 (20:1 for Solo 8000 packages).
Class Network
Class Network packages are designed for multiple users connected to your PC network with bandwidth Speeds from 512 Kbps to 8Mb, and a guaranteed contention ratio of 2.5:1 (10:1 for Network 8000 packages).
If you are planning to use one of our Network packages we recommend you use our Broadband router.
Cease charges
Please note that broadband cease and re-provide charges will be applicable to new Class broadband contracts and contract renewals, commencing 1 January 2008.
A cease charge of £10 per DSL line disconnection (excluding VAT) will be applied at final bill when service is discontinued.
The fee covers engineering work required to disconnect a line when a DSL service is ceased.
A re-provide charge of £50 will be applied when customers move office premises and require broadband at a new location.
Cease charges do not currently apply when a customer migrates their broadband service from another supplier to Class.
