Inbound calls: achieve complete control. Encourage more people to call you
Non-geographic telephone numbers such as 0870, 0845 and 0800 provide the ideal way to control and manage your inbound calls. They are ideal for help lines, donation lines, advertising campaigns and for your everyday telephone numbers.
In their most basic form, 08 numbers can be set up to deliver calls to any of your existing landline telephone numbers. Should you move or need to redirect calls to a different location, you can do so easily.
If you require additional functionality, you can select one of our tailored solutions to help you plan precisely how and where your calls are delivered.
As well as providing the solution for your everyday contact numbers, 08 numbers are ideal for help lines, donation lines and marketing campaigns.
You can choose from a variety of number types including 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 090 numbers – and there are no rental charges for these numbers. We’ll be happy to advise on the most suitable type for your needs. The basic options are as follows:
| 0800: | caller pays nothing, you are charged for the call |
| 0845: | caller pays the BT lo call rate, you pay nothing |
| 0870: | caller pays the BT national rate, you earn revenue on calls received* |
| 0871: | caller pays a fixed rate of 10p per minute, you earn revenue on calls received |
| 090: | caller pays a premium rate (up to £1.50 per minute), you earn a percentage of revenue on calls received |
