Call Plan Flexibility
Non-geographic numbers provide an amazing degree of flexibility in terms of how you handle and manage your inbound calls – just how you benefit will depend on your needs. The following call plans allow you to choose how, where and when you want your incoming calls delivered and distributed
Call Distribution
Enables you to distribute incoming calls to up to 10 specified diversion numbers. Calls are diverted out to these numbers on a pre-agreed ratio.
Region Based Routing
Landline calls originating from the UK can be diverted to their own specified terminating number. In this way a single non-geographic number can be promoted nationally but the calls can be routed to a specific geographic number determined by postcode/STD code.
Call Forwarding
When a number is busy or when there is no reply after a preset ‘no reply timeout’ period, Call Forwarding can be set to divert the call to one of 5 specified numbers, and/or to a pre-agreed message when all diversion numbers are unavailable.
Time Dependent Routing
Time Dependent Routing allows you to divert calls to alternative destination numbers according to the time of day, day of week and day of year. Each day can be split into a maximum of 6 agreed time periods (24 hours).
