1. Registrar Lock

   Hosting term. Registrar Lock prevents a domain name from being transferred, deleted and/or modified by a third party. When you make changes to your domain record from within your Master Account, the system will unlock your domain name to submit the changes to the Registry. Once those changes have been made, Registrar Lock will be activated again.

2. RIP

   A simple routing protocol that is part of the TCP/IP protocol suite. It determines a route based on the smallest hop count between source and destination. RIP is a distance vector protocol that routinely broadcasts routing information to its neighbouring routers.
