Changes to charges for Class customers dialing 0845 numbers

7 January 2009

Following the introduction of a minimum call charge for Class customers calling 0845 numbers back in June 2008, we have revised our arrangements and introduced a connection charge.

This means that all calls made by Class customers to 0845 numbers now have a 3 pence connection charge.
This 3 pence connection charge is in addition to the pence per minute charge, which is 3.36 ppm standard time, 1.75 ppm evenings and 1.25 ppm weekends.

This revision has unfortunately been made due to current market conditions.
