Major Network Fault 31 March - London and surrounding areas - resolved

8 April 2010

Please note that the major network fault which occurred last Wednesday affecting London and the surrounding areas is now resolved.
All previously affected customers should find that outbound and inbound calls and ADSL connections are once more fully operational.
 
Our apologies for the inconvenience this will no doubt have caused a proportion of our customers.
