Broadband cease charge increased

19 May 2009

The charge to cease a Broadband connection has been increased, effective 6 May 2009.

Class can now confirm that the charge applied when a broadband service is ceased, has been increased by our suppliers, effective as of 6 May 2009. The original cease charge of £17.33 has now increased to £29.50 (excluding VAT).

This revised cease charge will only apply to new contracts and contract renewals started after 6 May when service is no longer required.

Please note that if you need to move premises Class will need to cease and re-provide your broadband service so both a cease and connection charge will apply.

Cease charges do not apply to broadband migrations.
