    0871 numbers are now classified by OFCOM as Premium Rate telephone numbers. As such their regulation is managed by PhonepayPlus (formerly ICSTIS).

    Following the introduction of a minimum call charge for Class customers calling 0845 numbers back in June 2008, we have revised our arrangements and introduced a connection charge.
