3. 0871 numbers and new regulations from 1 August 2009

   3 August 2009

   0871 numbers are now classified by OFCOM as Premium Rate telephone numbers. As such their regulation is managed by PhonepayPlus (formerly ICSTIS).

4. Broadband cease charge increased

   The charge to cease a Broadband connection has been increased, effective 6 May 2009.

5. Class' green network credentials

   Class is pleased to be able to confirm that we are now providing our customers with telephone calls that are delivered over the greenest network in the UK

6. Changes to charges for Class customers dialing 0845 numbers

   7 January 2009

   Following the introduction of a minimum call charge for Class customers calling 0845 numbers back in June 2008, we have revised our arrangements and introduced a connection charge.
