03 numbers were released back in 2007 by the industry regulator Ofcom as an alternative to 08 business phone numbers, such as 0870 and 0871 numbers.
030 numbers were set up specifically for charities and not for profit organisations.
030 numbers cost the same to call as standard landline numbers (e.g. 01/02 numbers) even from a mobile phone and have none of the bad press associated with other 08 numbers that historically charge callers more to ring.
030 numbers can also be dialled from abroad.
There is a small charge to receive calls to 030 numbers, but we have negotiated a special voluntary sector deal which should be about the best around.
Why not opt for a 030 number with Class?
What types of 030 numbers are available with Class?
We have two 030 number ranges available; 0300 and 0303
Within those ranges we have the following sub-ranges; 0300 012 and 0300 666 and 0303 303
Those ranges then have different number types depending on how memorable the final number is.
Class numbers range from standard up to covetable Special numbers. From basic to numbers that are easier to remember and follow a pattern. Here are some examples of our numbers showing how the numbers are categorised the more memorable they become;
