We give you Divert Control for free with your non-geographic number. Divert Control enables you to manage where your non-geographic number diverts to yourself. You also have access to Voicemail2Email for missed and out-of-hours calls.
Multi-Divert Control allows you to set which days, and at what time of day you want to receive calls at your usual answering point, effectively giving you in-hours and out-of-hours time zones. You are able to have up to 3 telephone numbers to which you would like your calls routed to. The system will try each number in turn; if the first line is busy or not answered within a set time, the second number will be tried and so on. Voicemail2Email is included for your missed and out-of-hours calls.
With Menu Control you set which days, and at what time of day you want to receive calls, giving you in-hours and out-of-hours time zones.
You also have a menu service that allows up to 5 possible options for the caller to choose from, each with its own 3 target divert plan and voicemail to email set-up. It also includes a ‘repeat’ function where the caller can choose to replay the options. Voicemail2Email is included for your missed and out-of-hours calls.

You also have a menu system available for up to 10 options (press 1 for Sales, press 2 for customer services etc), up to 3 target numbers per option, along with comprehensive queuing options and live queue monitoring and Voicemail2Email facility for your missed and out-of-hours calls.

With Fax2Email you choose an appropriate Non-Geographic Number and we will set up your Fax2Email service. Then when faxes are sent to your Inbound Number they will automatically be sent to your designated email address negating the need for an on site fax machine.
You then view your faxes at anytime from your PC or mobile device (subject to compatibility).
