Non-geographic telephone numbers such as 0845, 0800 and 03xx provide the ideal way to control and manage your inbound calls. They are ideal for help lines, donation lines, advertising campaigns and for your everyday telephone numbers.

In their most basic form, inbound numbers can be set up to deliver calls to any of your existing landline telephone numbers. Should you move or need to redirect calls to a different location, you can do so easily.

If you require additional functionality, you can select one of our tailored solutions to help you plan precisely how and where your calls are delivered.

As well as providing the solution for your everyday contact numbers, 08 numbers are ideal for help lines, donation lines and marketing campaigns.

You can choose from a variety of number types including 0800, 0845, 0871 and more recently 03xx numbers – and for the basic 08 numbers there are no rental charges. We’ll be happy to advise on the most suitable type for your needs. The options available are as follows:

0800/0808 caller pays nothing, you are charged a per minute rate to receive the call
0844 caller pays up to 5ppm, you earn revenue on calls received
0845 caller pays the BT lo call rate, you pay a per minute rate to receive the call
0871 caller pays a fixed rate of 10p per minute, you earn revenue on calls received*
03xx caller pays the BT national rate, you pay a per minute rate to receive the call
0870 caller pays the BT national rate, you pay a per minute rate to receive the call

If you already have existing 08 numbers we may be able to transfer them from your current provider to take advantage of our service.

* Please note that 0871 numbers are now classified by OFCOM as Premium Rate telephone numbers. As such their regulation is managed by PhonepayPlus. Customers opting for 0871 numbers will need to comply with appropriate regulations. For more information go to 0871 News
