Please note that broadband cease and re-provide charges will be applicable to new Class broadband contracts and contract renewals, commencing 1 January 2008.

A cease charge of £10 per DSL line disconnection (excluding VAT) will be applied at final bill when service is discontinued. The fee covers engineering work required to disconnect a line when a DSL service is ceased.

A re-provide charge of £50 will be applied when customers move office premises and require broadband at a new location.

Cease charges do not currently apply when a customer migrates their broadband service from another supplier to Class.
