Update - Changes to the use of 0870 numbers

Update on Ofcom's ruling on changes to 0870 and 0871 numbers, which were to come into effect from January 2008…

Ofcom confirmed yesterday that there will be a delay in implementing the proposed changes to 0871 and 0870 numbers.
